When I manually execute a wf on Gallery, I sometimes have a tinge of regret that I don't have email events set for the workflow. In most cases, it's just THIS time that I want to receive an alert and not every time. At any point while the workflow is executing, allow the option to request an email event to be sent out for this execution.

I have a lot of workflows in my Company's private gallery. Many are duplicates. I'm able to pull out a list of all the duplicate workflows with their name and ID. Currently, we can search by name, but even that isn't always accurate. If I just copy and paste a name with underscores, it generally won't be able to find the workflow - I'll need to use parts of the workflow to be able to search for it. Secondly, if I narrow down to the duplicates in the search, I can't tell which one is which. Being able to search by the ID would be an easy way to find the workflow immediately without worrying if the search will be able to accurately find the workflow name. I've posted a screenshot below of me searching for an App ID that ideally would be able to pull up the workflow I need.

Is there a way to check the version of the CASS data packs or other data packs on a server without logging into the server? It would be nice to have the option to check current data packs from the gallery within your profile. Today we can check the Client and Server version when logged in as a user.

When we download from the gallery, please return both the altered gallery code and the original unaltered code so user can choose the base to build next version on.

Most everyone learns the hard way that saving to the gallery alters their code in ways that it may no longer work as it did before when running on desktop. After figuring out what has happened and laboriously un-doing the alterations that happen when saving to the gallery, we develop schemes to keep separate desktop versions of gallery apps in sync. These schemes should not be necessary. 

Sorry if this idea has already been addressed, but I would love an enhancement that would allow users to upload multiple files to the Gallery to be processed and ran by a published app. 

Currently, the only way to accomplish this is by adding multiple File Browse tools to the published app. But if you have a workflow that needs to upload more than a couple files, this becomes a problem. 

Similar to other code/software repository, it would be nice to have the ability to add a message to the reason why a workflow is updated/modified for users of a collection with access can easily review and revert back to older versions quickly.

Fix typo in introduction to user guide

It used to be possible to create a robust user profile within the gallery, with many additional user details fields available. However all have been taken away leaving only a name and email address as a user profile.

Please bring back those user details as having additional information about the user always beneficial. If internal to the company, sometimes I need to know what department they are from or what office. And if external to the company, I need to know what organization they are from.

Having no additional user information can cause a lot of confusion, especially if any two users share a name since I don't know if it's the same user with a new email, or a different user completely.

When a workflow is error, there have no output show in the result page. even it success saved the file.

However, sometime I output some check file (where something need to update).

current option:  save to somewhere else (like networkdrive or sharepoint), so user can find the file

for download only, it required to proper handle all the errors. because any error will cause download file option not show. 
Where error it caused by some missing or any reason, and that why i need to output file to let user to update it somewhere. 

suggestion: I wish it always show the output options even it have error.
so i can just create a message tool to raise error for detail reason and let them download the file for checking.

My gallery have more than 100+ notifications. it hard to click one by one.
Want to have mark all as read button for this.

if possible split message to 2 type, admin and system, where:

1. admin (for communication)

2. system (grant user access, share workflow and etc.) 

I think file explorer or management related to workflow in the server should be able to be seen, linked and reffered to so that much more creative way to check and use them in the server via multiple workflow can be realized. 

When there is an app that has multiple tabs across the top but can extend down below the page, the user will scroll down to complete the boxes and click the 'Next' button at the bottom. 

This takes the user to the next tab but remains at the bottom of the page.

It would be very useful for this 'Next' button to jump back to the top of the page.

why didn't you implement the search in the schedules for users, it is available for admins?

Currently the Gallery loads all of the workflows before displaying objects on screen.  As our collection has grown this makes the Gallery painfully slow to load.  It would be more efficient to load 10 workflows and get the rest with the next screen arrow.

Right now, there's no easy way to see everything that is running across all your workflows. It forces you to live on the "Schedules" tab. It would be create if it saved how I've sorted my columns and the "rows per page" setting. 

Basically I have to hit those buttons every time I click into the schedule. And I need to click into the schedule 4-5 times to see where we are in the backlog. 

In one fell swoop, you can see if all the workflows included in the collection have run smoothly.

I did it with a workflow but it should be native.

When using a flow that produces multiple outputs each has to be selected in turn and downloaded, which is no effecient.

It would be a better user experience if standard selection box functionality where the user can select one or multiple files they wish to download, including a box to select all and where more than a singular file is chosen they are provided as a singular zipped download.

Hi Team,

We used the 2021.3 version earlier, which included a user interface feature allowing for search by owner and a
few other filters. However, upon upgrading the server to the 2022.1 version, we discovered that this option was no longer present on the UI page. Moving forward, it is imperative that this functionality be reintroduced in future releases of Alteryx for better user experience.

when using the blob input for excel, server will output the input file in the output preview section.

please add an option to exclude it from output or remove this function.
