User Management from Gallery: usability

As an admin - would like to have the following features on the Gallery

1. add summary cards to TOP of user page that show same summary as diagnostics page

2. "export to excel" icon 

3. ability to filter date

4. allow selection of ALL

5. allow me to default my settings choice so its always "all" - screen shot below

Yes to all of this and a few more enhancements:

• Wildcard search
• Relevant search (for example, if I type in "Fred Flintstone" (without the quotes), I shouldn't be getting results for "Fredrika", "Federick", "Flint", "Fli", "Freedom", "Free", etc.)
• Add columns for last login (to gallery), last seen (anywhere)
• Usernames rather than full name (or make this configurable)
• Edit button that enables the changing of user's access (rather than a drop down)

Seriously, yes.  Why they chose to use Joined date is beyond me.
