Could we add a DATA category so we can share links to different (open source) datasets? For example, it took me a while to find a RELIABLE source for past US election data and other Alteryx users may benefit from it.
2012 federal election results:

or past elections:

or shapefiles containing county polygons with results for 2012/2008:

Hi @ivy29gm -
What a great idea! Feel free to post your findings in the Data Sources Discussion Board. I suggest using the tags: Data, Free Datasets. I am sure other users will find these resources helpful and will be inclined to share theirs as well. If we start getting more submissions, we'll consider turning the information into a Knowledge Base article or an area with more prominence.
Having a list of datathon/competition data sets
with some examplary workflows would help a lot for both academicians and
students warmşng up with Alteryx, Advanced Analytics and R in general...
Also it may be a good Idea for users to gather some local census data...
I'm getting my hands on Turkish Census so that I can blend it and use it in BI reporting
and predictions/estimations...
Best
Big thanks to @Atabarezz for getting a thread started on our Data Sources board. You can now find many data sets here, and the list just keeps growing! As Tara mentionned, we'll create a knowledge base article based on these in the future, so don't hesitate to contribute
Updating the status on this suggestion to Now Available. Recommended data sets have been consolidated into a single knowledge base article:
Available "Big Data Sets" on the Web
If you come across any additional datasets that you think would be useful to members, just comment on the article to let us know!
