Issue: Blank Product Downloads Section or Version not Shown in the Downloads and Licenses Page
When navigating to licenses.alteryx.com , either the correct version is not listed, or there are no products available for download on the "Downloads and Licenses" page, like below:

Rather than listing products for download, the following message is included:
No products are available for download at this time. Please check again later.
- Alteryx Analytics Hub
- Alteryx Connect
- Alteryx Designer
- Alteryx Intelligence Suite
- Alteryx License Server
- Alteryx Promote
- Alteryx Server
- Data Packages
- Drivers
- Starter Kits
Cause
The address of the account needs to be resaved or is associated with multiple accounts.
Diagnosis
If you are unable to see the correct version or see a dropdown menu above the "Announcements" section like the image below, proceed to Solution B. If you do not see a dropdown, continue to Solution A.

Resolution
Solution A
- While logged into my.alteryx.com/licensing, hover over your name and select 'profile'.
- Once the profile screen appears, please update your address.
- Click 'Save'.
- Log out and log back in.
The downloads should be visible upon logging in.
Solution B
- Click the dropdown menu above the "Announcements" section.
- Select the second account listed in the dropdown.
- Refresh the page.
- If the downloads are not visible after this, try logging out and logging back in.
Solution C
- Navigate to my.alteryx.com/licensing, hover over your name and select 'profile'.
- Once the profile screen appears, check the country listed under the Contact Info section.
- If the country is set to 'Afghanistan' and this is not your country, change the dropdown selection to your country.
- Click 'Save'.
- Log out and log back in.
The downloads should be visible upon logging in.
Solution D
- If Solutions A, B, and C were not successful, try clearing the cache in your browser (CTRL + SHIFT + DEL > Clear Cache).
