Error: "Image Recognition (x): You can't run this workflow because it includes Alteryx Intelligence Suite tools that are not installed. You have to download and install these tools to run this workflow." when using Image Recognition tool.

Issue

 

Using Image Recognition tool fails with the following error even though other Alteryx Intelligence Suite tools are working fine:
 

Error: Image Recognition (x): You can't run this workflow because it includes Alteryx Intelligence Suite tools that are not installed. You have to download and install these tools to run this workflow.

 

Environment Details

 

• Alteryx Designer
  • Version(s): 2021.3
• Alteryx Intelligence Suite

Cause

Image Recognition tool uses Tensorflow package and the processor is not supported by Tensorflow.
 

Resolution

Ensure that the CPU meets the requirements set by Tensorflow. The CPU needs to support AVX instructions.
