Remove external dependencies warning from Count and Heat Map macros (and any others)

I find it annoying that the count records and heat map macros have file inputs which point to a W drive. This will show up in workflow dependencies and can cause false alarm warnings. Since these are packaged with Designer, simply change the macros to text inputs instead of file input.

Ah yes, the old ca_zips.yxdb that 100% of my artisans that publish to the Gallery ask me "what is this ca_zips.yxdb that is giving me a "missing" error when uploading to Gallery?"  It's on several other macros besides count records and heat map.

Haha a common thing when building custom macros, but shouldn't be in the macros within the product.

Our product team always appreciates all the feedback we get and it's great to see so many people rallying around such a young idea. This is an interesting one as well, and I'm sure they would be interested in seeing how many users are impacted by this.
