Keep Columns in Visual Layout Output

I found a great use for the visual Layout Tool which solved the formatting issues I was running into. Unfortunately it doesn't pass through additional columns from the source. This means that I am unable to use the batch rendering (the "group data into separate reports" functionality in the render tool). See images below.

Hello!

 

Thank you for your idea and feedback. I am updating this idea to Not Planned as we are no longer developing on the laboratory Visual Layout tool due to technical design limitations. We are currently developing a new Visual Layout tool and intend to implement this capability in the new tool though. So please keep your eye out for that new tool!
