Publish to Tableau Server Tool - provide the ability to write to subfolders

As an Alteryx Designer user I would like the ability to write .hyper files to a subdirectory on Tableau Server to keep make my Tableau site easier to manage.

I require this ability as well. Bit of an oversight that it has not been accounted for.
