Make Group - Allow for which key is the group

Currently it appears that the Make Group tool sets the Group by the smallest value and the Key is then anything larger than that value. 

It would be great to be able to specify which key it is that the grouping should occur within.

It's not often we get an idea for the Make Group tool, and it's good to see one now! Be sure to check out our Submission Guidelines if you haven't yet, as it goes over the idea boards needs and process it a bit greater detail.
