Suggestion to include support for Postgres in the In-DB functionality

Hello,

We have been storing data on the PostgresDB and would be using variables from these tables for modeling processes in Alteryx. The ODBC connectors for postgres don't seem to be geared towards optimal performance, hence it would be extremely useful if Alteryx came up with an in-db functionality for postgres database in the future release.

Thanks

Thanks for the idea!

We monitor all data sources for in-DB opportunities. Postgres has not bubbled up yet as a priority in the market. Community users, please keep voting and commenting on this idea.

Thanks

Another vote for including PostgreSQL in the in-DB processing functionality! Having support for Postgres definitley increases the value of Alteryx for us.

Thanks!

I'll add my vote here, specifically because of needing Greenplum In-DB (greenplum is same as PostgreSQL). I believe that Amazon Redshift is largely PostgreSQL as well and since that is already supported, hopefully this would be a logical extension to add support around for In-DB

Similar to Jason's request. My team requires support for Pivotal Greenplum In-DB.

As of 11.5, postgres in-DB is available via the Greenplum option
