Search for a location in Map Input

In the map input tool, it would be really nice if I could type in an address or a geography (like "Boulder County"), and the map would be zoomed to that location, and maybe even draw a point for me (if it is an address) or draw the geography polygon so that I can use that for downstream analysis.

Or maybe enter lat long coordinates?

Hi,

I'm the product manager for this area of the product.  This is already implemented in the product, users are able to zoom to a location, draw/input a point, line, poly for downstream analysis.

 

Location look-ups within the map tools are not supported at this time, but could be performed with the address geocoding tools.
