Rearrange the tool order inside of tool panels

I think it would be extremely beneficial to have the customization option to rearrange tools within their panels in the tool palette.

This would allow the user to group frequently used tools in their desired order, which would make navigation of these tools easier.

As an example, having the ability to place Data Input as the first tool in the palette would make a lot of sense to me, as its usually where I start building a new workflow.

I think this is similar to this idea: http://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Product-Ideas/Additional-Customization-in-Configure-Tool-Pal... Basically allow full customization of the tools panels, treating them in the bookmarks paradigm.

In a similar vein, you might consider adding the option to turn the toolbar into a pop-out panel, letting you float either individual or multiple groups of tools in a grid view, rather than horizontally. In that case, you could have two or three common tool groups, maybe even docked to the side of the window, as is the interface custom in many other workflow/flowcharting applications.
