Default Container Settings

It would be great if we could select default settings for containers, so that when they are added they could be automatically set to narrow margins and gray background (or whatever). (PS I'm going to add another idea regarding idea categories, because "tools" and "designer" aren't available categories, but that seems like the best place for this idea).

Thanks,  this is a good suggestion and something we will consider as we revisit tool container usage within the designer.

This would be awesome. I have often wished for this myself. We use differnt colors to determine different types of logic (Output, Input, Actions, Formatting etc.) As it is now. I do a lot of copying.

We are SO excited about all the possibilities with our new Custom Tool Defaults setting, available with 24.2 release - you can now set your own custom tool defaults for ANY tool!! 

This means you can set your own defaults for container formats, as well as set custom options for virtually any other tool too!
