Allow users to disable any steps in workflow except input and Join conditions.

To edit existing workflow sometime we may required to remove few steps, it is better if we have option to disable and update mapping instead of delete.

Thanks for submitting this idea. I'm looking for a little more information to help me understand the problem you are trying to solve. Have you tried using Tool Containers and disabling the tool containers for tools that you don't want to run? If so, what is that functionality missing that you are proposing?
