External Table support in Input tool and Output tools

Have External Tables in Snowflake be accessible in the Visual Query Builder.

Current state: External tables in the Snowflake DBMS are not available in the "visual query builder" tab of the green input tool. These tables are only available in the "Tables" tab.

Agree. This is confusing to users that attempt to add tables to an Alteryx workflow from Snowflake external tables when using the Visual Query Builder.  The Snowflake external tables are not visible from the Visual Query Builder in Alteryx and the Visual Query Builder is the default method for choosing a table.
