Enable DCM by default (at update or install)

Hello all,

I just love the DCM feature. However, you have to enable it manually in system settings after the install or the update.

I don't think there is a good reason for that and it would save time to enable it by default.

Would this show up in the Gallery even if it wasn't enabled?  I see it in Gallery, but when I go into DCM to try and add a data connection there, it says to select a technology, but...there is nothing to select.  Is this because it wasn't selected/enabled during upgrade to 2021.4.2?  I am an Alteryx admin/curator.  However not an admin on the box and therefore can't go in to view settings.

Community idea cleanup time! DCM was automatically enabled by Default starting in 23.2, and defaulted to DCM Only as of 24.1 - marking this one as implemented!
