Bulk Loader Capability for Postgres SQL

Hi,

Currently loading large files to Postgres SQL(over 100 MB) takes an extremely long time. For example writing a 1GB file to Postgres SQL takes 27 minutes! This is serious impacting our ability to use Alteryx as an ETL tool for loading our target Postgres Data Warehouse. We would really like to see the bulk load capacity to Postgres supported by Alteryx to help alleviate the performance issues.

Thanks,

Vijaya

For context, see the Postgres COPY command: https://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/static/sql-copy.html

If there is any way to add this functionality in, it would vastly improve performance for Postgres Databases. By default, records are inserted one at a time.

The Postgres bulk insert should be pretty similar to the Redshift bulk insert functionality (already available in Alteryx), because Redshift was essentially forked from Postgres.

As a solution architect when people ask me what's the diff between using a formal ETL tool and Alteryx this feature pops to the top of the list. Enabling bulk load would really help alleviate the issue.
