Hi,

 

There is a guide on how to prepare a photo so it will have a good quality when using an Avatar photo?


I have a photo with really good quality but it looks really bad when I am trying to use it as an avatar.

 

All help would be highly appreciated.

I think 150px by 150px is the standard size for those images, but I use a much larger image.

 

What trouble are you specifically having? shape? resolution?

Hi @CharlieS,

 

I wanted to use a photo but the quality of both thumbnail and the message photo was really bad. Reseizing the shape to square helped a lot.  

 

It is not perfect but still the progress in the quality is big 🙂
