Certification not received of Alteryx Designer Core & Alteryx Designer Advanced

Hi Team, Hope you are doing good, I have passed Alteryx Designer Core on 27 July’20 and Alteryx Designer Advanced on 8 Oct’20 but still I haven't received both the certification. . Could you please help me with this matter.
