Submission Process, Deadlines, and Voting
- Please submit your entry(ies) by replying to the Submissions Thread. You can submit multiple Analytic Apps, but only detail one (1) per entry. Additional instructions can be found in the Welcome post.
- All submissions must be received by 4:00p.m. Pacific Time on December 31, 2020 to be eligible.
- Each submission must (i) include a brief description of the analytic application and its potential or proven benefits, with either (a) the application file or Alteryx Designer workflow attached or (b) if circumstances prevent sharing the application itself, a detailed description outlining the application’s specific functionality and output.

Winning submissions will be determined using a combination of the popular peer vote on Alteryx’s Community; and selection by a panel of Alteryx Analytic App Challenge judges based on the overall level of detail and creativity demonstrated, clarity of the use case proposed, and the step-by-step process created by the Participant using Alteryx Designer.
- Award winners will be announced on January 12, 2020.
Rules and Requirements
- You must be registered on the Alteryx Community and a member of Santalytics 2020 Group hub to participate.
- Your entry must be submitted by replying to the Submissions Thread here (no other submissions will be accepted). Graphics, files, images, workflows or other supporting assets must be included in your post. There is no limit to the number of submissions by each user.
- If you have any questions about the submission process, please post them in the Santalytics 2020 forum.
Prizes
- All participants will receive the limited addition Santalytics 2020 badge!
- Winning participants who meet the requirements outlined in the Analytic App Challenge Official Rules will be provided the opportunity to select from one of two designated charities, to which Alteryx will donate Five Hundred Dollars ($500) on that Participant’s behalf. Winners may select either: (i) OzHarvest (see https://www.ozharvest.org/) or (ii) Integrate Health (see https://integratehealth.org/)
- The donation opportunity is open only to individuals who (i) are registered members of Alteryx’s Community; and (ii) are U.S. residents at least 18 years of age or older (at the time of participation)
- Employees of Alteryx, Inc. or it affiliates or individuals who provide services to Alteryx through a contractor or temporary employment agency during the Period, and any immediate family members or persons living in the same household of each of the foregoing, are not eligible for the donation opportunity.
Additional Terms
- All submitted entries will be publicly displayed on the Alteryx Community. Submitting an Analytic App gives Alteryx the permission and approval to utilize the content submitted for marketing and public relations purposes.
- No third-party proprietary, confidential, or personally-identifiable data may be included in the submission.
- The submission cannot contain inappropriate, illegal, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, libelous or potentially offensive language, data, images, etc. or material that violates or infringes the rights of another, including but not limited to privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, patent, or intellectual property related rights. Alteryx reserves the right to reject any submission that it believes violates these terms.
- Submissions must comply with all terms of use of any data provided by, downloaded from, or accessible via third party sources.
