Uploading csv files from temp location to AWS S3 using Run Command

Hi! I'm using Run Command tool to upload csv files from a temporary location to AWS S3.
It successfully uploads the files but it returns an error code 2.

 

When I try to run the command in CLI, there's a warning
warning: Skipping file C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\Engine_16372_e4d92a904a2d974c80e085814abb6a11_\GUITempLock. File/Directory is not readable.

 

Could this be the one that's triggering the error code 2? How do I ignore it?
