Lookup Fields on SharePoint List Output- Error Index was outside the bounds of Array

Hi,

i have been looking to determine how to write to a sharepoint list that has locked cells. For example, I am trying to write an ID Field from another list, renaming using the Select Tool to write into the "Lookup" Column on another SharePoint List. This ID Field from the first sheet populated into the locked sheet's "Lookup" Column should populate all the other columns from the original sheet it is looking up. I keep getting an error that Index was outside the bounds of the array. Please assist on how I need to set up my data types within Sharepoint and the workflow in order to write to this list. Please help!!
