Unable to open MY locked workflow

Hi
I am unable to open a locked workflow that I created and set the lock with my serial number (which is my email address associated with my license). What do you use as a serial number if not the email address? How can I lock a flow and allow at a minimum myself to open it?

Serial number can be found under Help --> About

If you don't put your serial number in correctly, you could theoretically lock yourself out. That's why it's recommended to always have an unlocked version available!
