I am switching from my job from redpoint to alteryx. We're trying to utilize Alteryx automation functions. The following workflow are monthly member and revenue files, first and last one. The middle one is a SQL code. I was able to get a workflow going to show a pivot in the Excel file. I am wondering is their a way to have this automated ? As the top and bottom file are monthly updated files. If I didn't explain this well, let me know and I will go into further detail.

What part of the process are you trying to automate? Are you trying to schedule the job to run on a daily, weekly, monthly basis? Or are you trying to automate some other part of the process?

I guess I am trying to have this run on a monthly basis. Just so I can have this report run on a monthly basis without me having to do a new workflow each time. If this makes sense.

Does your organization have Alteryx Server?
You can utilize the Alteryx Server to automate this job on a monthly basis. You would be able to store all the files in a network location that the Server has access to. so that the scheduled workflow can reference the files that are being used in the process.
@panpp I don't believe we do. I am on a free subscription and just testing it out to see if it is worth to use as opposed to Redpoint. Is their a way to schedule or automate this if we don't have the server ? I believe we use IBM Netezza.
