Generate Hours for missing rows between time interval

Hi all.

I'm struggling with creating a formula in Generate Row tool for missing hours.

Ranges should be between 06 A.M to 19 P.M

Some Clients start with 8 A.M but I need ranges with 0 values at 6 and 7 A.M

Some Clients end with 17 P.M but I need ranges with 0 values at 18 and 19 P.M

Tried two constants and using it as formulas but still can find a way to measure it properly.
