It turns out my hard path looks simpler than my easy path! I got the easy path on my own and needed to get some inspiration from the community for the hard path (thanks! @estherb47 @Joe_Mako) . Since I has not used the Arrange Tool before I gave it a shot. I will leave the Dynamic Replace for a later moment

Hard to do without Join, Crosstab, Transpose, Multi-field Formula, or Multi-Row Formula. The solution, which I looked at after I finished, uses a method that's not really part of the Core tools... but still neat to see.

Great job testing my abilities to use some "New" Tools (aka Dynamic Replace)

Ok I admit I chose the easy path. I didn't need to use the 'Company Names' table but I knew it was part of the more challenging solution of "not using: join, crosstab, transpose, multi-field formula or multi-row formula." but I couldn't see how to do that approach until I saw the solution. I wasn't familiar with one of the tools used (although I understood the concept) and really admired the solution. I wish I'd found this tool sooner as I know it would have saved me time in doing some comparing data.
