Large scale projects like event planning have a lot of moving parts. Tracking those individual aspects can take a huge amount of time and lead to things being missed or transitions that aren't always the smoothest. By automating our processes through Alteryx, we were able to track our attendees throughout their journey both at a high-level view as well as at a more granular level for each team involved. Not only did this save us a huge amount of time, it improved communication and accuracy internally.
