Hi All

I am trying to sum and add the sum total at the bottom of the column. For Sum i am using summarize function but how to add that sum as 'closing' balance in the below table?

Hi @SanaUlBari

Few information,

1. The below tool is Dynamic Rename tool.

It can be found in the Developer as highlighted below.

2. The workflow will work dynamically even if you have more new months added.

Input

Output

3. If the input contains - in the input, you need to use Select tool to change the datatype.

Hi @SanaUlBari

As per the screenshot attached, it is not matched and reflecting in the new column because of the column name mismatch.

2022-08-31 is not equal to 2022_08_31

Hi @SanaUlBari

The column name 2022-08-31 (from input) is not equal to 2022_08_31 generated by CREW macro.

As I have restrictions to download here, I can't download the CREW macro now.

Or the output column name can be amended with Dynamic rename tool inside the macro.

To overcome this issue,

Modify the columns names from with the help of Dynamic Rename tool before the CREW macros so it will
rename the column names as  2022_08_31 which will match the CREW macro output too.

This will help to overcome the issue.

Note: Use Dynamic Rename tool to rename the column names.

Hi @SanaUlBari

Shanker is right. It's a limitation in how columns need to be named. The fields can't contain special characters or it won't work so you'll need to rename them before and, then again afterwards to reverse it if you wanted.
