Exciting changes are here! We’re thrilled to introduce MyAlteryx, the new name for our customer portal, formerly known as Mission Control. This rebranding reflects our commitment to delivering a more intuitive and personalized experience for our users. But that’s not all—along with the new name, we’ve rolled out new features and enhancements designed to elevate your Alteryx journey. Read on to explore what’s new and how MyAlteryx makes it easier than ever to connect, manage, and maximize your Alteryx experience!
Enablement Hubs
The Enablement Hubs on MyAlteryx is an update to the authenticated dashboard screen to deliver more personalized content specifically selected for your account. Our Customer Success team has a streamlined process to identify important links for you, our customer, and display them on the dashboard page. The enablement hubs can be found at the bottom of the dashboard page once you’ve logged into MyAlteryx.
Value Realization Tracker Sharing Capabilities
By now, you’ve hopefully explored the Value Realization Tracker (VRT) and documented a business process to reflect the value you’ve gained from your Alteryx product(s). But have you then thought to yourself how nice it would be to share this within your organization so others can view the benefits from your documented business process? Well, now you can share your VRT within your account. When documenting a business process, you now have the option to allow inter-account visibility. Simply change the selection from No to Yes, and then all of your colleagues will be able to view the savings and details of your Business Process Use Case.
Preferred Support Region
A new setting in MyAlteryx is now available and will be a required field to populate so that support tickets are regionally routed correctly to ensure your support issues are addressed in the timeliest manner. If you have not yet set your preferred support region you will be prompted when trying to create a support ticket. If you have already set your preferred support region and wish to review it, you can find this on the Preference Center Profile page.
Certifications Visibility and Sharing Capabilities
Another new feature within the Preference Center is the visibility of the certifications that you have earned and the option to share these achievements with your employer. Within the Preference Center on the left side navigation is the Certifications link. This page shows you all of your completed Certifications.
Survey
We love our customers and love to hear from you, so we’ve created a survey for you directly on MyAlteryx. Upon your first login since the survey launched, you will see this pop-up for you to quickly fill out. If at any point in the future you wish to submit a survey, the link is conveniently located in the top right hand of the screen denoted by a megaphone icon.
Onboarding for Trial Users
Early in 2024 we launched the Onboarding feature in MyAlteryx to help guide licensed users through their initial onboarding tasks to become familiar with their Alteryx product. Now we have launched the ability for a user to start a trial of either Designer Cloud or Designer. Once your trial begins, on this page you will find milestones to guide you through your trial journey. Each task is tracked so you can ensure you complete every task within your trial window.
