Tool error appears only when saving to gallery

Hey everyone,

We are having an unusual issue.

When we try to save a workflow to the gallery we get the following error:

Tool 86 is a Formula tool which makes this a simple ordinary error, but we know for a fact that it is not correct because when we run the flow at the local designer (C:\Users\...) it runs without any errors.

Did anyone had this problem before?

Where is it getting empName from?  Maybe an up-stream Input tool that references a local mapped drive?  Any other info on the data before it hits that formula tool will be helpful.
