SharePoint Data Connection

Dear Community,

I work as an Alteryx developer as well as Gallery administrator. We have developed few workflows which outputs files on a SharePoint site using the SharePoint Output Tool and these workflows are scheduled on gallery with custom API Application authentication(Client ID, Tenant ID and Secret).

Now other users in organization also want to schedule workflows on Gallery, hence we need to share with them Client ID, Tenant ID and Secret. This may lead to misuse of the credentials. 

Is there a way to share SharePoint Custom API Credentials(Client ID, Tenant ID and Secret) with other users like a data connection on Gallery using which the can sync the service account credentials to schedule the workflows on Gallery? or is there any better way to achieve the same?

From my understanding, there isn't a way to create a SharePoint connection like data connections gallery that you have mentioned.

With the use of Data Connections Manager (DCM), users can set up this kind of connection at their profile level. 

The DCM functionality is explained in detail in this article.
