Schedules Malfunctioning Due to Time Zone Error

We recently upgraded to Alteryx Server 2019.3.2, which enables time zone settings. The upgrade was done on Friday, September 27, and everything ran fine until midnight on Wednesday, October 2. All scheduled jobs ceased to run, and my colleague discovered an error referencing the time zones within the service logs.
Has anyone else experienced any issues with the new time zone functionality? Since nearly all of our users are in the same time zone as the VM that hosts the Gallery, I don't think we really need to leverage this option. Is it possible to disable, for stability's sake?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I realize this comment is too late to be useful to you, but the development team has identified the cause of the issue, and a fix will be available in an upcoming release.
