Problem with Synchronizing New Users to Active Directory Groups on Alteryx Server

Hi!

My organization has encountered an issue using Active Directory groups in Alteryx Server. When a new user is added to an Active Directory group in the organization, the corresponding group in Alteryx Server is not updated automatically with the new user. For example, if AD Group A is added to a collection on Alteryx Server, and if Bob is later added to AD Group A, Bob does not show up as part of Group A on Alteryx Server or have access to the collection.

Could anyone provide clarity on this issue or a proposed solution? Thanks so much!
