I have an analytic app workflow that is running on server, shared with other users in a collection. However, 2 out of 4 users were able to see the analytic app questions as per normal. 1 out of 4 were able to see after clearing browser cache but the last user is unable to see the questions after trying clearing browser cache, changing browser and reopening the workflow interface multiple times.
I am wondering if anyone has encountered the same issue as the last user and how did you resolve it?

You already did everything I would suggest doing. 😅 I would also try incognito mode, inspect the browser page to see if you can find any clues or check the gallery logs for any error when this user opens the app. https://help.fullstory.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020623654-How-do-I-use-the-Network-view-in-Dev-Tools...
All similar errors I have seen before were fixed by clearing the cache. Your last resort is to reach out to Alteryx Support and let them troubleshoot what is going on.

The link you provided is really technical and I'm not sure if I know how to use it correctly to identify the questions segment in the webpage.
