Job status of a workflow no longer appears under the status tab

We have server version 2020.3.4.30228.

 

We've recently observed that the jobs being executed do not appear on the status tab under jobs. The only way we can check the status is by going to the logs.

 

Any suggestions?

 

We have 1 controller node, 1 gallery node, and two worker nodes.
