History availability on Alteryx Gallery

Hi,

How many days are these files archived and available for download on Alteryx gallery?

Only the person who has run the report can extract the files, can no other team member download the same report ?

There is a setting to allow each organization to choose how long the results are stored/available. 

Yes, in my experience, If I run an Analytic App, I'm the only one who can see the results in the gallery.

1) For how long duration could be set. For ex: 10- days or 1000 day?

2) Suppose I have collection and I want to share the output of the run with other users from the same collection, then?

I cannot find the exact limit on retention, but at my last company, we used 90 as our standard for retention. 

As far as I know, there isn't a way to share with other users within the gallery.  Maybe someone else could share a different experience.
