Has anyone found a workaround for SAML "IssueInstant" incorrect timestamp on 2023.2/24.1?

We are currently dead in the water trying to upgrade from 2022.1 to 2023.2 (or 2024.1, either is approved).  Both versions list this known defect:

TCPE-820

GCSE-1629

SAML login is sending the incorrect timestamp for the "IssueInstant" attribute when login is initiated from the Server to the IDP.

 

We have an open support case, but haven't received help on this error other than to wait for 2024.2, which of course hasn't even been announced yet.

 

Has anyone with SAML Server authentication gotten it to work for 2023.2 or 2024.1??
