Error SQLPrepare expected something between '(' and ')'

Hi,

When publishing a Standard Workflow that reads Teradata input, we get this message:

The job 1st Test run of new version did not complete successfully and resulted in the following errors:

  • Error SQLPrepare: [Teradata][ODBC Teradata Driver][Teradata Database] Syntax error: expected something between '(' and ')'. (Tool Id: 1)

The workflow runs perfectly from Designer, just not from the server. Tool ID 1 is a Connection tool to Teradata.

Any suggestions as to trouble shooting would be appreciated.

Chris

Hi @Archaeopteryx ,

If you have access to the worker node, try to run your workflow by using the Alteryx Designer on the worker node to see if there is any error.

Best Regards,

Samuel

We may put all the workflows on the server and see if that works. Currently, only the lead workflow is on the server with the chained workflows on the Network drive. The references to the chained workflows are all full machine paths.
