Alteryx Server Upgrade/Installation Guide

We are planning for an upgrade from 11.7 version to 2019.1 version. I did not find upgrade instructions to upgrade the server other than overall strategy. Please help me if you have upgrade document with steps to install/upgrade to 2019.v version.
