Hi community,
we use the Alteryx Server Usage macro in order to capture the workflow error that happen in the Gallery.
We have however noticed that these errors do not contain the actual Schedule issue. Like the image below.
I wonder if you can point me in the right direction of where these get logged in the above mentioned macro.
We use the pdf extract of this (and slightly amended to spit out csvs) and I looked at the various Collection but cannot find the below schedule status and error.
Any help would be greatly appreciated please.
Thank you
Luca

Hey @lzanotti ,
The logs you extract with the Usage Report relate to workflow execution.
In this case, the issue you see is happening before the workflow execution, so Alteryx hasn`t generated logs yet.
This issue can be fixed by editing the schedule and inserting a new credential. It is probably a password issue.
Best,

hey @fmvizcaino you are my community buddy now with lots of answers you provide.
Yes I am aware of the solution, my question is "how do we track these errors?"
The workflow executions is great because we get alerted through the Usage Report however we are currently missing these type of issues (schedule not run) and users need to log into and check their execution to see the issue.

Hey @lzanotti ,
I hope I have been helpful to you 😅
I don`t believe you can view these errors outside of the Gallery UI. The Usage Report connects to your MongoDB and extracts all the information from there and I`m not seeing anything related to schedule issues.
Maybe, just maybe the Status column will provide this information or perhaps by playing with the dates you can find if a schedule has run or not. These would require customization of your usage report macro.
