Question about Score tool in Predictive palette

I am reading Tool Mastery | Score - Alteryx Community, part of paragraph confuses me. Is this a typo or it is 2.0 to be entered into the tool configuration? If so, what is that? I was expecting 20 (or even 0.2) to be entered given yes is 20%.

I agree it should be 20, thanks for link to the article I hadn't seen it before.
