to append the data of the tabs of excel where the name of the column and the order

Hi all - just came across a situation where i wish to pull in data of multiple tabs of excel. 
In all tabs the data have 4 columns. the names are slightly different like one column is site_id and in another its siteid
i have an lookup file for the column headers.
can you guys give me the idea on how to pull the data
