the data attached is a weekly data of 1 company where date is the current year date and LY date is the what the date last year of the same day of the current year date, same for the LLY date what was the last year date for the same day of the current year date AND their corresponding sales is given 

what all statistical analysis we can do and how?

Philip's reply is pretty good, though for the plot you can also try Plot of Means, the 0's are causing a bit trouble in the box plot.
