XMSG error, I can´t use some tools

I have a problem with some tools, I want to use them but It doesn´t show the options, I just get a text.

Does anybody can help me please!!

Hey @Pamela_Zannier  - this is not a common error that I've seen, and so it would be valuable to wrap this up and send it to support@alteryx.com.

Generally they will need info about your computer (standard stuff from system information); screenshots; and Alteryx version - anything that is required to replicate the issue.

:-) congratulations on finding this - the good news is that every items like this which is found can make the product better!

This is something I've now come across and seems there was another thread unanswered here:

I received the same error this morning. I was able to just delete and re install the application and that corrected it.
