Unable to use crew macros

Question

Hi All,

I'm trying to use crew macro tool at my work but somehow it's keep giving me this error code( 1073741512) as the attachment. I installed crew zip under Alteryx folder.

How can I fix this issue?

Hi @jjhan0630 ,

Unfortunately I'm not aware of that error and haven't found anything about it.

If no one respond here, since this specific crew macro is supported by alteryx when runned in alteryx designer, I suggest you open a ticket your the Alteryx support (support@alteryx.com)

If I'm not mistaken, the SAP logon tool is a DWV Analytics tool.

I think the best way is to request them to help you debugging this type of problems. They usually help you remotely.
