Need to aggregate monthly sales columns into one total sales column

Help! I am stuck. I have rows with monthly sales grouped by city but I want to group the sales by total sales for each city. I have tried the transpose then summarize tool but it doesn't appear to be working for me! Help!

It seems to me that your first transpose is not configured correctly.
