Tab Delimited Text File Parsing

I have a tab delimited ,txt file with 11 rows of header, 12th row has column headings, and then 100k + rows of data in the body.

How can I grab/store off the first 11 rows somewhere and then do what I want to rows 12-100k and then output the first 11 rows to Excel followed by the parsed 100k+ rows of data?

Is it possible to insert another row at the end with an Excel formula to subtotal all the rows?

Thanks!

@acmarsh I can definitely help you out here. When able, can you provide a dummy set of data?
