Renaming an Unsupported file type

Hello, I am trying to take a file  that isn't supported by Alteryx and the rename that file within the workflow. However, I cannot figure out how to accomplish this. For another layer of complexity, the file that I want to rename has a different file name daily to include today's date. The start of the file name is always the same, however. Any help would be appreciated thank you!

What type of file is this? Oftentimes if it's just a text file with some other file extension you can use an input tool configured to take csv and it will work.
