Email Tool -- Failure to send attachment by fieldname

See the workflow and directory snapshots below.  I cannot figure out how the filename is not being picked up and sent with the settings selected in the email tool (sheet within the Excel is definitely named correctly too).  I have had no issues sending with selection of a specific file but this will be dynamic so I wanted to use a field name instead.  Can someone please help?

Thanks for the response.  It works by attaching the actual file but as I mentioned, I am preparing for a larger workflow where the filename will change dynamically to include dates so the filename will be unknown.
