Alteryx doesn't really output data like a true excel pivot table. However, I was able to recreate your output with the workflow below. Does this accomplish what you are looking for?

You can use Summarize Tool
Group - Company, Group - Name, Sum - $$

yes i did but i wont give me the output we get in excel(plz see my attachments from first post)

As you will need one more Summarize Tool, but without of the the use of the grouping by name, then you will have also the total, and you will need to merge the 2 data sets. It will not have the exact same look at in a Pivot nevertheless you will get the same values as you get in the Pivot.
